    Punjab Mineral Company  (Pvt.)Limited , ( PMC) is wholly owned company of Government Of the Punjab, established  under Companies Ordinance 1984, PMC,  inter alia , has the mandate for the exploration and  exploitation and for the Business promotion  of its mineral resources. Presently,  PMC  is  actively  engaged  in the exploratory work in Punjab with the renowned international companies.
Board of Directors ( PMC) is looking  for a dynamic energetic  and for the self-driven professional for the position  of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).


Qualification:
. B.E. /  B.Sc. Engineering , in the Mining or  Geological or Geotechnical investigation or Material Sciences or higher . OR
. BS  or M.Sc in Geology / Geophysics or higher . OR
. MBA /CA / ACCA or ACMA equivalent  or higher.
The Candidate  must be qualified from a HEC recognized University/ reputable foreign University or professional body .


Experience:
. Atleast 20 years' of the experience with the 10 years  at senior management level in the  public/reputable private sector organizations (s) is required.
. The Candidates  with previous experience as CEO/MD/DG or fair knowledge  of the mineral sector will be preferred.


Age : Pakistan National  with maximum 56 years of the age on date of the application .

 1. The candidates  shall be hired in the accordance  with the Public Sector Companies (Appointment of the CEO) guidelines,  2015 and the Public Sector Corporate Governance Rules , 2013.
2. Applicant shall be required  to complete and sign the application. " Annexure A " and to submit  the declaration  on the  non-judicial stamp paper as the "Annexure B" as per the Public Sector Companies  (Appointment of the CEO) guidelines, 2015.
3. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
4. The Shortlisted candidates  will be called for the interview.
