Job Responsibility
- To provide outstanding 24/7 the customer service over the phone.
- Catering to the customer's banking requests , answer or the escalate customers queries, and complaints related to the products and services.
- Maintaining a strong communication channel via constant coordination with nationwide branches and the Head Office Departments.
Skills and Knowledge
- The Excellent communication skills and the good fluency in the Urdu and English.
- The Good interpersonal skills.
- Capable of the working under the pressure and in the shifts.
- The Excellent customer service skills.
