The Applications  are the  invited  for the  filling of the following vacant post or seats in the project which  titled " Strengthening of the Planning,  Development,  Monitoring and the Evaluation Directorate (SPD and ME) in the Ministry  of the Railways ,  Islamabad" purely on the contract basis under the Project Pay Scales (PPS)

Qualification:
1. BE in the ( Civil Engineering ) or the  related discipline.
2. The Additional qualification in the Project Management will be the preferred.
3. The Minimum 16 years of the education.
4. All the degrees  must be recognized  by the PEC/HEC.



Eligibility/ Experience:


 1. The Overall seven (07) years' of the post-qualification experience  with the minimum two (02) years' of the experience  of the managing,  monitoring  and evaluation  of the  development projects.

 
2. The Experience  of the  Infrastructure development related projects will be given preference.

 
3. Use of the advanced software  related to the  monitoring and evaluation will be given weightage.

 
4. Knowledge  of MS Project/Prima Vera and MS Office.

 
Age : Maximum 45 Years .



NOTE:

- The post is completely  on the contract basis for a period of the one (01) year which could be considered  for the extension on the  satisfactory performance during  the initial period and maximum  up to the completion of the project.


- The Selected candidate  can be posted anywhere in the Pakistan as per the requirement  of administration.

 
- The Interested candidates strictly  meet the criteria should apply and along with the  CV/Resume,  attested copies of the all educational and the experiences certificates, recent photograph  and CNIC.


- In case of the submission  of the any forged or false documents , the candidate shall be liable to prosecution.

 
- Only the  shortlisted candidates will  be called for the  test or for the interview.


 - The candidates serving in the Government or  Semi-Government or Autonomous Institutions should route their applications through the proper channel or the departmental NOC.
